What You'll Do:

• Provide family-centered neonatology care in a Level II special care nursery
• Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
• Support and implement best practices in neonatal care
• Exchange knowledge and strategies with a national network of Pediatrix providers
• Assist in expanding nursery services and protocols

What You Need:

Required:

• Board Certified in Neonatology
• Valid medical license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Prior neonatal unit experience preferred

Preferred:

• Experience in Level II nursery care and collaborative practice settings
