Site Supply Manager

Site Supply Manager – Stanley Access Technologies, Farmington, CT What You Will Do Manage the site supply process, including cost reduction, productivity, and continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with commodity managers, engineers, and product managers to track productivity metrics, forecast accuracy, and data integrity. Facilitate productivity ideation events to build a direct material productivity pipeline. Lead the material portion of the COGS, including annual direct material cost standards. Lead AOP Direct Material productivity for assigned site(s) and SBU(s). Assist the site and materials team with single‑site “non‑managed” suppliers when applicable. Lead multiple supply‑chain projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement productivity, supplier transition, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support source‑change project implementation and core/non‑core analysis. Develop and present site supply playbooks aligned with commodity management, operations, and SBU/product strategies. Travel up to 20% as needed. What You Need To Succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Materials, Operations, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience, including at least two years of global supply management in roles of increasing responsibility, with supervisory or project‑team leadership experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel (pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint. Demonstrated competency in leading projects, influencing, and indirect people leadership. Strong project management skills and experience coordinating and facilitating discussions across multiple functions. Effective communication skills, including presenting to senior levels of the organization. Additional Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with both electronic and mechanical commodity management. Strong problem‑solving, project management, and data‑analytics skills, including Power BI. Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
