Assistant General Manager

Scales is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our highly acclaimed team. About the Role: Reporting to the General Manager, the AGM assists in supervising all FOH operations. This is a full-time position with a mix of administrative responsibilities and floor management during evening services. Key Responsibilities: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by responding to guest feedback and resolving service issues as they arise Assist the host team in greeting, seating, and directing flow throughout the dining room Manage and support service staff, maintaining service standards Perform daytime administrative duties including: Cashing out FOH staff Updating POS and reservation systems Other administrative tasks as needed Supporting the GM in all aspects of daily operations Requirements: Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of organization, punctuality, and attention to detail Integrity, professionalism, and reliability A positive, joyful, and energetic attitude Availability on evenings and weekends Experience with Aloha, OpenTable, and Excel is a plus Previous Assistant Restaurant Manager/AGM or Assistant Dining Room Manager experience is required Why Join Us?
