Overview Multi-Location Controller Our client is a well-established, privately owned RV dealership group based in Texas, operating four locations under one unified organization. Focused exclusively on recreational vehicles, the group has built a strong regional reputation for quality inventory, customer service, and operational consistency. Led by experienced ownership and executive leadership, the organization emphasizes disciplined financial management, scalable processes, and long term growth. This role is to replace a longtime employee who will be retiring. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional, ideally with multi-location dealership Controller experience, to take ownership of the financial operations of a successful and growing RV dealership group. The Controller will oversee all aspects of accounting and financial management across four Texas-based locations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support strategic decision making. Ownership has a strong preference for this individual to be a CPA, reflecting the importance placed on technical expertise, financial rigor, and disciplined leadership. This role requires a hands on leader who can balance day to day accounting responsibilities with higher level financial oversight and planning, while working closely with ownership and department leaders across sales, service, and parts operations.
