Physical Therapist

Join a dynamic team as a Physical Therapist. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical therapy needs. You will manage a case load of approximately 10 visits per day. Your focus will include fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments. You will work with patients experiencing orthopedic conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, back pain, calf strains, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniations, fractures, generalized low back pain, meniscus tears, headaches, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff issues, SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and total joint replacements. You will also provide care for patients with neuro conditions including cerebral palsy, cognitive impairments, concussions, cardiovascular diseases, degenerative diseases, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease. Additionally, you will support patients with cardiopulmonary conditions such as COPD. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow in a supportive environment.
