Tech - IR/Special Procedures

Job Description

Job Summary:
This role involves working in an Interventional Radiology (IR) suite, supporting body IR cases through scrubbing, case pulling, and completing paperwork. The position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule without holidays, overtime, or call requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist IR physicians by scrubbing IR cases and ensuring smooth procedural flow.
• Pull supplies and equipment needed for each IR case.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and paperwork for procedures.
• Support pre- and post-procedure workflows as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards related to IR procedures.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in IR or specialized procedural areas.
• Hold an active Ohio license; compact licenses accepted for starts from 1/1/23 onward.
• Provide two recent management or supervisory references within the past 12 months.
• Have active certifications (e.g., ECG rhythm recognition, SafeMedicate) with no pending items.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG interpretation and safety protocols during orientation assessments.
