Warehouse SpecialistContainer Centralen, Inc (CC, Inc) has rapidly established itself as the largest rack/cart supplier to the North American horticultural industry. We provide the industry with access to approximately 850,000 shipping racks/carts for delivery of live plants to garden center retailers. We operate a unique and powerful business model which allows us to offer high-value asset rental and logistics services to our Customers.Job DutiesShipping and receivingInventory and quality controlStack product prior to loading (nursery racks)Assist with equipment repairs warehouse duties when neededLoading trucks with productScanning productsClosing BOLAssemble plant rack base and shelfRepair damaged plant rack base, shelves and postsClean and maintains toolsAssist with other warehouse duties when neededCompensationCompetitive hourly rate commensurate with experience plus quarterly bonusHealth Insurance (HSA available)Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability Insurance401K planPTOPaid holidaysQualificationsCapable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbsAble to push and pull stacks of racksAble to stand or sit for extended periodsDemonstrates a strong work ethicAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screeningAuthorized to work in the United States
