We're Hiring: Pediatric Occupational Therapist Are you passionate about helping young children reach their full potential? Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality early intervention services for children with autism and developmental needs. Position: Pediatric Occupational Therapist Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $86,000 - $108,500 per year What You'll Do Design and deliver individualized occupational therapy for children aged 2–6 years in a center-based setting. Develop interventions to improve: Daily living activities Conduct multidisciplinary evaluations and collaborate with Speech Therapists, Behavior Analysts, and Psychologists to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Partner with Speech Therapy teams during co-treatment sessions. Mentor and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to incorporate OT goals into therapy sessions. Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate effectively with families and the clinical team. Build strong relationships with families through coaching, education, and ongoing support.
