Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift Various Shifts Description Do you thrive on variety and enjoy work that keeps you thinking on your feet? Are you naturally curious, detail-driven, and energized by solving challenges in creative, practical ways? You’ll be hands‑on with receiving, sampling, inspecting, testing, and reviewing raw materials, as well as supporting customer visits, preparing samples, and releasing finished products for shipment. In this role, you’ll work cross‑functionally with manufacturing, R&D, customer service, and purchasing to ensure products meet specifications, align with production capabilities, and exceed customer expectations. No two days are the same—this role is ideal for someone who embraces change, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in getting the details right. We’re looking for an energetic, flexible team player who isn’t afraid to jump in, get hands‑on, and navigate a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift and every day brings something new. Location: Williston, VT Shift Times: 5 eight‑hour shifts between the hours of 7 am - 7 pm (Monday - Friday) 1st Shift - 5:00 am - 3:30 pm (Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday) 2nd Shift - 3:15 pm - 1:45 am (Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday) Benefits & Culture At Twincraft, we believe great work happens when people feel supported—both at work and at home.
