We are hiring a Leasing Sales Consultant to work onsite at our neighboring apartment communities, Solay and Alleia at Presidio in Fort Worth, TX . AIR offers a compensation package designed to reward performance and provide multiple opportunities to maximize your earnings: Base Pay Rate of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour+ Competitive Commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including: Higher rent rate unit : Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc. Exceeding monthly goal : Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease Longer lease term : 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community. Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community. Possible Extended Time Off (dependingon business need) to enjoy aWinter Break after peak season has ended. What You Will Do Follow AIR's proven sales process, including prospect follow-up, appointment setting, community tours, and lease conversions. Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and performance expectations. Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for prospects and residents. Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the resident journey, from initial inquiry through move-in. Support marketing and outreach initiatives that drive traffic and leasing activity. Provide leasing support across AIR communities as needed. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Who You Are Goal-driven and motivated by achieving results. What You Have 1+ year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment (property management, hospitality, retail, customer service, or restaurant industries). Demonstrated ability to follow a sales process and convert prospects into customers. Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities. Flexible availability, including weekends and seasonal business needs. Reliable transportation.
