Part-Time | Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Currently Available Shifts and Schedules:

- 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (32 hours per pay period)

- Position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Pay Range: $39.45– $49.31 per hour (based on experience)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll use your clinical expertise to support residents' health and well-being while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members in a collaborative and rewarding senior living environment.

-Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders

-Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness and resident response

-Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems

-Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and support appropriate follow-up care

-Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants (NARs) to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery

-Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards

-Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment for residents, families, and team members

-Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and exceptional customer service in daily practice

Minimum Qualifications

-Graduate of an accredited Nursing program

-Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing

-Minimum one year of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings

-Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

-Demonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalism

-Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service

-Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)

-Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
