Conference Producer (2600002L) About the Role: You will manage the strategic development and oversee content implementation for 4‑6 conferences annually focusing on revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share. The Conference Producer manages volunteer‑centric expert planning committees, works as primary content liaison with partners, and reports to the Senior Conference Producer. This role is hybrid remote / in‑office. Responsibilities: Manage the development of conference programs using metrics to create the best possible agendas. Analyze historical participant data, evaluations and surveys to maximize the use of all applicable content resources. Ensure the onsite version of a conference translates to a virtual environment. Serve as the primary strategic liaison for planning committees, selecting and managing volunteers and technical members. Oversee speaker selection and support leaders’ efforts to ensure association strategic plans are incorporated. Communicate program information with all levels of internal partners. Manage speaker and program content expenses and overall conference budget. Review predictive models and registration reports to monitor revenue and contribution status; collaborate to promote revenue and engagement. Conduct risk analyses to avoid financial losses and address issues promptly. Partner with internal and external resources to develop strategies to increase revenue and growth. Collaborate with primary event partners to produce and promote outstanding experiences through research, planning, and evaluation. Qualifications: 6+ years of progressive experience in event‑focused project management, including high‑profile strategic meetings and events. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Location and Compensation: Annual Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (range may vary based on experience and location). While this role is hybrid remote / in‑office and can work remotely in the US, we cannot employ individuals in California.
