Hematologist

The Holy Cross Medical Group (HCMG) and Holy Cross Hospital invite a Board Certified or Board Eligible, Fellowship Trained Hematology/Oncology physician to join a full‑time practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Job Overview The practice consists of five physicians and three advanced practice providers. The selected candidate will spend approximately 25% of time in the inpatient setting and 75% in the outpatient setting. Call coverage is a 1:5 ratio: one week of inpatient coverage plus clinic call after hours (after 5:00 pm) during the week. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive hematology/oncology care in outpatient clinics and infusion center. Participate in inpatient rounds and attend to inpatient patients as needed. Cover scheduled clinic calls after hours. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, radiologists, and nursing staff, to deliver integrated cancer care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to institutional protocols. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology. Fellowship trained in Hematology/Oncology. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to high‑quality patient care and continuous learning.
