Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients with respiratory, renal, and gastrointestinal illnesses
• Administer medications and treatments, including heparin gtts and managing CVCs
• Collaborate with case management and unit coordinators for optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize communication boards to ensure a positive patient experience
• Document patient information using Meditech system

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• RN license
• BLS certification
• Medical-Surgical experience, particularly in various respiratory and renal diseases
• Proficiency in communication, teamwork, and collaboration
