Must haves/ Requirements 5+ years of exp Utilizing Workday Design the System Implement Phases and Manage Environments Solutions Architect-lead integration strategies, ensure system security, and provide technical leadership during implementations General Job Description: A Senior Workday Analyst is a specialized, high-level role responsible for the design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform (HCM, Financials, Recruiting, or Payroll). They act as a bridge between HR/Finance functional teams and technical teams, translating business requirements into system improvements. Key Responsibilities System Configuration & Maintenance: Configuring and supporting Workday modules such as HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, or Payroll. Report & Dashboard Development: Building advanced, matrix, or composite reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Integrations & Data Management: Developing and managing integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio) and ensuring data integrity. Project Leadership: Leading functional workstreams for upgrades, new module implementations, and testing (UAT). Security Administration: Managing role-based access controls and security groups. Support & Troubleshooting: Acting as the escalated point of contact for production support, investigating issues, and proposing solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on Workday configuration experience (often 5+ years total for senior roles). Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in calculated fields, business process configuration, and reporting tools. Certifications: Workday Pro or Partner Certification is frequently preferred. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve complex business/technical problems.
