Program Management Consultant - Web & UI/UX (Pharma/Healthcare Preferred)

- Program Management & Delivery
- Lead and manage web-based initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risk registers, and reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, compliance, and external vendors.
- Web Development & Technical Oversight
- Act as a bridge between development teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Provide guidance on web platforms, frameworks, and integration best practices.
- Review deliverables for quality, scalability, and compliance with standards.
- UI/UX Enablement
- Apply user-centered design methods to enhance digital experiences.
- Ensure design deliverables align with usability, accessibility, and compliance standards.
- Partner with designers and developers to validate prototypes, conduct usability testing, and refine user journeys.
- Ongoing Support & Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for support requests , triaging and coordinating resolution with the appropriate teams.
- Monitor and respond to issues, escalations, and enhancements in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by ensuring transparency, accountability, and consistent follow-up.
- Pharma/Healthcare Alignment (Preferred)
- Support compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, promotional review).
- Leverage knowledge of pharma and healthcare-specific content workflows, digital experiences, and approval processes.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading web development and digital experience projects.
- Familiarity with UI/UX methodologies (wireframing, prototyping, usability testing).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
- Pharma and/or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
- PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
