Day-in-the-life

Join a new Southside manufacturing facility as a direct-hire maintenance expert. Your day begins at 6:00 a.m. with preventative rounds, keeping production assets reliable. When a line slows, you’ll quickly diagnose and repair issues across hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, and safely work with up to 480V/3-phase electrical to get equipment back online.

What you’ll do

• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment in a modern facility
• Troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial machinery
• Work confidently across hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and up to 480V/3-phase electrical systems
• Support uptime with careful diagnostics and safe, efficient repairs
• Handle physical tasks including lifting, climbing, prolonged standing, and equipment use

Schedule

1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with additional overtime as needed

Compensation & benefits

• Up to $34/hour, based on experience

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and up to 480V/3-phase electrical machinery
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, disassemble, and reassemble industrial equipment
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks (climbing, standing, equipment use)
