Tower Foreman

Hunt Electric, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual for our DAS Foreman in our Technology Division. Our ideal candidate should be outgoing, service-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. The DAS Foreman will oversee installation of varying types of DAS and Small Cell equipment, including but not limited to the installation of indoor antennas, coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, CAT5/6A cable, and other components. Major Duties Plan and define scope and mobilization plan. Provide activity coordination/sequencing assistance. Understand project specifications and construction drawings. Execute resource planning, produce material requisitions, and produce 6‑week look‑ahead schedules. Assist with project labor projections and mitigate risks and issues. Interact with client, general contractor, and understand customer expectations. Perform material & supply management, and understand project financial commitments. Utilize construction technology tools and provide onsite management of subcontractors. Execute quality control procedures and maintain high‑level quality craftsmanship by providing attention to detail and great customer service. Assist with site commissioning and turn‑up. Occasional travel (approx. 25% or less). Lead crews and help educate team members. Deliver large complex projects. Proficient in fiber‑optic installation, termination, and splicing. Proficient in coaxial cable termination and testing. Experience with WSP/Carrier base‑station installations, communications site grounding, and communication room buildouts. Proficient with Fluke test equipment – both fiber and copper. Demonstrate dependability with regular attendance and compliance with scheduled work hours. Have an aptitude for learning, a goal‑oriented mindset for continual growth, and a “Can‑Do” positive attitude. Perform other duties or work locations as assigned by the manager. Minimum Qualifications 4+ years in the DAS, wireless cellular (tower), or DAS industry. Proficient with software programs such as Microsoft Office 365, Bluebeam, and other industry‑related programs. Good communication skills. Proficient in workstation and copper feed terminations. History of successful project performance in the low‑voltage or wireless telecom industry. Valid driver's license and a clean MVR.
