Hybrid Real Estate Project Manager - Affordable Housing

WHEDco is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to develop and manage construction projects across three mixed-use properties in the Bronx, coordinating with the Director of Housing and Real Estate to address building and programmatic needs from inception to completion.
The role involves securing funding, budgeting, and reporting to funders, overseeing on-site and virtual meetings, ensuring energy efficiency, and maintaining regulatory compliance across multiple agencies.
