Highgate is seeking an Area Director of Sales & Marketing to oversee revenue strategy for the La Quinta New Orleans Downtown and other hotels in the area. This role involves market analysis, leading sales teams, and developing marketing strategies to enhance hotel positioning. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field and at least 5 years of experience in hotel sales leadership.
