Location: Seattle, WA (Required to work Onsite 5 days/week)

Duration: 6-month contract

Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end program delivery and drive data-driven process improvements across business and finance operations.
• This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including legal, finance, accounting, and business teams.
• The ideal candidate is highly proactive, execution-focused, and experienced in managing complex programs in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end programs with measurable business outcomes
• Drive data-driven process improvements using metrics and performance insights
• Partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, accounting, and technical teams
• Define program requirements, scalable workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization
• Navigate ambiguity and deliver results in resource-constrained environments
• Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Seattle, WA
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• 5+ years of experience driving process improvements using data and metrics
• Proven experience defining program requirements and executing initiatives end-to-end
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Coupa, Confluence, and Visio
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and legal processes
• Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder environments
• Experience coordinating across procurement, finance, or legal systems
• Ability to translate data into actionable business decisions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
