Customer Service Supervisor This is a contract to hire opportunity. This is an onsite opportunity in Coppell, TX. About this Position We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team supporting mortgage servicing customer interactions and collections activities. In this role, you will provide coaching, guidance, and performance management for a high-volume customer service team while helping drive operational excellence and service quality. Job Responsibilities Lead and support a team of approximately 10-15 customer service representatives. Monitor team productivity, call performance, and operational results. Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to team members. Track daily production metrics and ensure key performance goals are achieved. Review calls and account activity to support quality assurance and compliance efforts. Partner with workforce and operational teams to improve service delivery and team effectiveness. Monitor team schedules, attendance, and paid time off requests. Communicate daily performance results and operational updates to the team. Skills/Requirements Previous supervisory, team lead, or people management experience. Experience in customer service, collections, financial services, or a related industry. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees. Proficiency with computer applications and reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:0 AM to 6:00 PM CST. One Saturday per month with a 4-hour shift. Monthly incentive program available based on performance metrics, quality, productivity, and operational results.
