Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Description: 13 week contract Call 2x per schedule Must be able to Circulate and Scrub 2 years of current acute care OR experience required JCMC is a LEVEL 2 Trauma Center Robotic and ENT experience required Ortho, vascular, general, thoracic, neuro experience required Patient Mix: All OR specialties except Open Heart Submit work history Scrub and Circulate skills checklist BLS Required First-time travelers' accepted Scrubs provided Charting System: EPIC Due to the world cup games in June and July in NJ, suggestions for housing locations: Staten Island, Montclair, West Orange, Belleville...

License/Certifications: Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission. All certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified and can be obtained prior to start. References required. Any international work history or permanent residency MUST be disclosed. ED/Behavioral Health/Psychiatric RNs MUST complete de-escalation training within 14 days of their start date. Recruiters: RNs must pay $52 plus tax for the course, this fee should be added to the margin Each traveler receives 1 certificate per module (3 total), 1 overall course certificate Modules: Modules are non-billable, 4 hours of EPIC training and up to 18 hours of additional hours RN: average 18 hours of non-billable modules Allied: average 1 hour of non-billable modules Modules are completed pre-start, and annually Modules are recorded by transcripts for onsite specific modules. RWJBH annuals, Baxter pump, and signed attestations are self-reported, and EPIC training is facility reported Cancellations/Attendance Policies: Should a traveler need to cancel their contract for any reason, RWJBH asks for adequate notice, defined as: MSP contracted travelers: 14-day notice CRISIS / RAPID contracted travelers: 10-day notice Clinicians are required to make up any missed shifts within the same pay period.
