The Opportunity
Teal is looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Operations & Growth Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced business environment and will be responsible for owning Teal’s event execution and lead operations, from HubSpot lead management and BDR follow-through to on-site event setup and post-event conversion.

The Marketing Operations & Growth Manager will report to Teal’s Director of Marketing and work closely with our revenue and business development teams. Responsibilities:  

• Own end-to-end logistics for TEAL's trade shows and industry events, including booth setup and breakdown, shipping and staging of event assets, and on-site staffing coordination
• Manage on-site lead capture using Popl, ensuring accurate scan-time categorization so every lead syncs cleanly into HubSpot
• Own day-to-day lead management and triage in HubSpot, proactively surfacing high-quality leads to the Director of Marketing as they come in
• Drive structured post-event follow-up cadences (for example, one-month and three-month check-ins) in partnership with the BDR team, holding BDRs accountable for follow-through on marketing-sourced leads
• Report on MQL-to-SQL conversion, event ROI, and cost-per-qualified-lead by event, and recommend which events warrant continued investment
• Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain clean attribution, lead scoring, and funnel reporting across HubSpot

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing operations, field marketing, or event management role with a proven track record
• Hands-on experience managing trade show or conference logistics, including booth setup, shipping, and vendor coordination
• Fluency in HubSpot (lead scoring, attribution, and funnel reporting) and Popl or a similar event lead-capture tool
• Experience partnering with revenue and business development teams to drive lead follow-through and conversion
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Experience managing social media channels, specifically LinkedIn
• Good understanding of telecommunications, Physical AI, eSIM, or the Internet of Things (IoT) industry is a major plus
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate efficiency – specifically Claude

Requirements:

• This role is required to be in office (headquartered in Kirkland) at least 2 days per week
• Significant travel required for trade shows and industry events, including on-site booth setup and breakdown
• Ability to lift and transport event materials (booth structures, signage, and collateral) up to approximately 40 lbs

Compensation:
