Job Title: Cardiac Stress Testing Technician Profession: Technician Specialty: Cardiac Stress Test Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Four 10-hour shifts Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years current experience required License: National certification such as the Certified EKG Technician (CET) or Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS, Active American Heart Association ACLS Must-Have: - 2 years current experience in Cardiac Stress Testing - Travel experience preferred - Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment - All requested time off must be included in profile at the time of submission - Supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment Description: We are seeking a Cardiac Stress Testing Technician. The technician will prepare patients for stress tests. They will monitor ECGs, blood pressure, and heart rates during exercise or pharmacologic stress tests. The technician will also identify and spot any heart changes during the tests. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at the time of submission. Requests for time off after submission will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. The facility will not approve scheduling requests after the offer has been made.
