Manufacturing Technician
Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated Manufacturing Technicians to join their growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Location: Fort Payne, AL
Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Friday - Sunday 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday - Sunday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Friday - Sunday 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
What You'll Do
Operate production equipment and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
Assemble components and finished products according to established work instructions and quality standards.
Conduct visual and basic functional inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Maintain production targets while adhering to company quality requirements.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least one (1) year of manufacturing or production experience required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work ethic.
