Key Qualifications:

• Active and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially in a school setting, is highly preferred
• Comfortable working as an itinerant therapist, traveling to various schools within a designated area
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with students, educators, and families
• Ability to develop and implement goals and therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Flexibility and adaptability to new environments and schedules
• No educator credential required

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site occupational therapy services to K-12 students across multiple school locations within San Francisco
• Assess, develop, and implement individual therapy plans, adapting strategies to meet each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, evaluations, and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams as needed
• Travel between assigned schools, ensuring reliable transportation and timely service delivery

This contract runs from August 11, 2026, through June 2, 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week during the regular school year.
