Welder (MIG)
We are seeking a skilled Welder (MIG) to join our team working on agricultural and cultivation equipment. This role requires an individual who is not only experienced in production welding but also comfortable with fabrication and blueprint reading. The position involves working with thick steel and conducting hot welding tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fitting on agricultural and cultivation equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately.
- Conduct welding tests to ensure quality and precision.
- Set up and adjust your own welding machine, including heat settings.
- Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as drills and presses.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and recognize weld symbols.
- Experience with setting up and adjusting welding machines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using fabrication equipment like drills and presses.

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing setting focused on welding and fabricating tractor parts. The position operates on the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime on Saturdays to handle backorders.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Selma, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
