Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Harmony Counseling, your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients. \n
- Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, families, and individuals, tailored to address their unique concerns and dynamics. \n
- Using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients through issues such as:\n

- Physical and Psychological Abuse \n
- Grief and Loss \n
- Family Conflicts and Communication Issues \n
- Adjustment to Separation and Divorce \n
- Job-related Stress and Medical Issues \n
- Support for Blended Families and Remarriage \n
\n - Providing crisis intervention when necessary and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care. \n
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with regulatory requirements. \n
In your role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. You'll be instrumental in fostering healthier family structures and resolving interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
