Facility Building Maintenance Laborer Auto Dealer

We are looking for a hardworking, punctual, energetic person to join our team in the maintenance department . We would prefer someone with experience but not required.

***Skid steer experience a PLUS! ***

This is a labor-intensive position that requires a physically fit, active person. You may be required to lift 50 lbs+ and work over 40 hours per week some weeks. If you are looking to stay busy and always have something different to do, this is your job.

Summary:

• Equipment operation is a plus (bobcat, backhoe, snowplow, etc.)
• Basic electrical and carpentry skills are a plus as well

Requirements:

• Use and comply with all safety rules in all aspects of the position
• Ability to take direction from management
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate work functions.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Must be able to be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
• An applicant must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have a valid and clean Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time Hourly

Pay: $16 - $25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Need flexibility for weather and other emergencies as needed

Workweek: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends due to business needs and emergencies

Base Shift: 6 am - 3 pm or 7 am - 4 pm

Work Location: In person, all Nye locations, Oneida & Rome
