Key Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license (CCC or CFY considered)
• Previous school-based SLP experience (K-8 preferred)
• Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently, yet collaboratively with school teams and families
• CA residency required for both on-site and remote positions
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving caseload and program needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to a diverse caseload of K-8 students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Complete all required documentation and maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Engage students in creative, motivating therapy sessions
