Job Opportunity: Compassionate RN Registered Nurse

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic RN Registered Nurse to become a vital member of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional nursing care to senior residents and rehabilitation patients within a nurturing, family-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Manage complex clinical conditions and respond swiftly to any changes in patient status.
• Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound management, IV therapy, catheter and tube care, and pain management.
• Support rehabilitation therapies as needed in the care setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with all standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support discharge planning.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, medications, care routines, and health maintenance.
• Promote quality, safety, and infection control practices, participating in fall prevention and medication safety checks.
• Mentor and support CNAs and other team members, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
