Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, person-centered care at our skilled nursing facility in Prattville. This role involves working with both short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor their effects.
- Develop and coordinate personalized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Support residents in achieving their therapy goals and enhancing their independence.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
