Job Description

Join a dynamic team that services the agriculture, construction, and mining industries. As a Production Technician, you will work on the electrical and hydraulic components of vehicles and heavy equipment. This role requires strong manual dexterity due to the work with small parts and tools. Key tasks include soldering, harness building, blueprint reading, splicing, and crimping. Attention to detail, organization, and dexterity are essential. You will also assist in inventory counting and perform other duties as assigned by the production manager.

Responsibilities

• Work on electrical and hydraulic components for vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Perform soldering, harness building, blueprint reading, splicing, and crimping.
• Ensure accuracy in counting inventory.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the production manager.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean, spacious, climate-controlled facility alongside a team of 8 technicians. Enjoy hands-on training and the opportunity to work independently, with supervisors available to assist as needed. No special protective equipment is required unless operating power tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
