Manufacturing Engineer - Calibration and Maintenance

Manufacturing Engineer position supporting calibration and maintenance of ultrasound probe production equipment. Responsible for preventive maintenance execution, equipment qualification, and asset management while driving process improvements in a regulated medical device environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and preventive maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and schedules
• Identify process improvements related to equipment performance, maintenance effectiveness, and calibration needs
• Onboard new equipment, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to senior engineers as appropriate
• Maintain accurate equipment records and documentation in Enterprise Asset Management systems
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Facilities teams to ensure regulatory compliance and equipment qualification

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or technical environment experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic Enterprise Asset Management systems
• Familiarity with Environmental Health & Safety and Quality principles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
