Compensation & Schedule

  • $84–$118 per visit/hour (based on experience, location, and employment type)
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities
  • W-2 and independent contractor options

Daily Responsibilities

  • Evaluate pediatric patients
  • Develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver home-based physical therapy
  • Monitor progress toward treatment goals
  • Complete documentation
  • Educate caregivers
  • Coordinate care with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements

Arizona PT or DPT license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong organizational abilities.
