Position Full Time Security Officer 3rd Shift – Full Time Monday through Thursday 9:00 pm to 5:00 am (Friday through Sunday – OFF) Pay: $19.00 per hour Location: Toyota Motors North America PDC – 11111 N Airworld Dr, Kansas City, MO 64153 Earn more for showing up strong: Officers who are available and present for every shift they commit to during the quarter are eligible for a $100 Quarterly Perfect Attendance Bonus. Core Values Service—Exceptional service builds trust and reputation Integrity—Accountable, honest, and self‑aware Innovation—Better ways to get the job done Drive—100% effort and persistence through obstacles Commitment—Dedication to the mission Responsibilities Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests promptly and courteously Manage all guest/visitor access, eject trespassers or violators when necessary Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles Document and maintain a visitor log and notify residents of arrivals Assist in protecting people and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures Monitor for suspicious behavior to help prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal activity Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks Warn violators of infractions (e.g., loitering, smoking, possession of prohibited items) Respond to distress calls, alarms, and emergencies (e.g., fire, injuries, unauthorized individuals) by contacting local first responders Identify and report any safety, security, or situational concerns promptly Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents) Enforce all rules and regulations consistently Perform additional duties as directed by management Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Professional demeanor and appearance Valid driver’s license Ability to obtain a valid State security license Basic computer skills Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Minimum of one year of customer service experience OR one year of security experience Pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug) Position requires occasional crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods
