Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of a modern SaaS platform that powers essential real-world industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex, high-impact products from concept through deployment, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver solutions that customers truly value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of major product features across both frontend interfaces and backend services
- Architect scalable infrastructure and modular systems to support rapid growth
- Translate user needs into technical designs and product features through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning with a customer-first mindset
Qualifications:
- 410 years of experience as a full-stack engineer in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a degree from a top engineering program
- Proven track record of leading development for large-scale, technically challenging products
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, React Native) and backend frameworks (Node.js/Express, MongoDB)
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and product development
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable making independent decisions in dynamic, fast-evolving environments
