SONOGRAPHER - SEASONAL

Responsibilities Seasonal position working Monday 3pm‑11pm, Tuesday 3pm‑11pm, Saturday 11:30am‑10pm, Sunday 11:30am‑10pm. Under the direct supervision of the radiologist and department manager, the sonographer delivers ultrasound testing to patients of all age groups, utilizing equipment and technique to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Performs diagnostic imaging and related procedures, exercising professional judgment and maintaining a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Applies appropriate patient care, recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure, and is available for on‑call duties, prepared to arrive within thirty minutes of notification. Capable of & willing to cross‑train and float into other areas to meet facility needs, and to assist in cross‑training and orientation of others into the department as requested.
