Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless execution of various events and functions. As an Event Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly, efficiently, and provides an exceptional experience for attendees. Responsibilities: Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture and equipment. Welcome and register guests upon arrival, providing information and answering questions. Monitor event areas to ensure safety and compliance with venue rules and safety regulations. Support logistics by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and other staff members. Distribute materials such as programs, badges, and promotional items to attendees. Manage crowd control and direct attendees to appropriate locations or sessions. Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting and carrying. Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
