Managing real estate disputes from intake through resolution, the full-time California Licensed Real Estate Attorney will handle all phases of litigation, develop client relationships, and craft litigation strategies while working remotely from any location in California. Key responsibilities Handle all phases of real estate litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, and trial Craft litigation strategies and lead negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for clients Build and manage client relationships while contributing to business development in Southern California Required qualifications Minimum three years of real estate litigation experience Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership with the California State Bar Experience billing hourly and accurately tracking time Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Strong writing, analytical, communication, and advocacy skills
