POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Medical Spa Director to spearhead the development, opening, launch, and ongoing operation of a new medical spa.
This is a hands-on leadership position with significant responsibility. The Medical Spa Director will work closely with ownership and the designated medical leadership to take the medical spa from concept to a fully operational, high-performing business.
The Director will be responsible for developing the operational infrastructure of the spa, helping determine the appropriate service portfolio, establishing treatment protocols and workflows, coordinating equipment and product selection, recruiting and developing the team, implementing systems and procedures, preparing the facility for opening, and managing operations following launch.
The ideal candidate has substantial medical aesthetics or medical spa management experience and understands both the clinical and business sides of a successful medical aesthetics practice .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Opening Development & Launch
Lead the medical spa's development and implementation process from pre-opening through grand opening and stabilization.
Work directly with ownership to develop the spa's operating model, service strategy, staffing structure, guest experience, pricing strategy, policies, procedures, and overall operational standards.
Develop and manage a comprehensive pre-opening checklist, implementation schedule, and launch timeline , identifying critical milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Coordinate with ownership, contractors, vendors, technology providers, consultants, medical leadership, and other professionals involved in bringing the spa into operation.
Oversee operational readiness prior to opening, ensuring that staffing, equipment, supplies, systems, treatment rooms, protocols, training, scheduling, inventory, and administrative processes are in place.
