Why Contractors Choose Arbor Therapy Competitive per-visit compensation Choose your preferred geographic service area Create a schedule that works for you Accept as many or as few referrals as your availability allows Consistent referral opportunities to help build your caseload Clinical autonomy with access to an experienced multidisciplinary team Opportunities to serve children in their natural environments Support from an established and growing pediatric therapy organization What You'll Do Complete pediatric occupational therapy evaluations in home and community settings Provide individualized occupational therapy services based on each child's plan of care Develop measurable goals and evidence-based treatment plans Address areas such as: Fine motor and visual-motor development Sensory processing and integration Self-care and activities of daily living Self-regulation Feeding skills Functional participation and independence Monitor client progress and modify interventions as clinically appropriate Educate and coach parents and caregivers to support carryover within daily routines Coordinate care with families, physicians, and other therapy professionals as appropriate Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Maintain all professional credentials and contractor requirements Required Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license in good standing or eligibility to obtain licensure before providing services Current Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one Current CPR certification Current Article 9 certification by the time services begin Current professional liability insurance Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance Ability and willingness to travel within the contractor's selected Greater Phoenix service area Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and exercise professional clinical judgment Preferred Qualifications Pediatric occupational therapy experience Home health or community-based therapy experience Experience with or a strong interest in: Early intervention Developmental disabilities Sensory integration Feeding therapy Neurodiversity-affirming care AAC and interdisciplinary communication supports Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish Work Environment Services are provided in clients' homes and other approved community settings throughout the contractor's selected service area. The role may involve standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and assisting children with a variety of developmental, physical, sensory, and behavioral needs.
