Associate Manufacturing OperatorJob Title: Associate Manufacturing OperatorLocation: Oro Valley, AZTerms: ContractSalary/rate: $20.61/hourRequirements: HS Diploma/GED, previous manufacturing experienceWe are seeking candidates with previous experience working as a Manufacturing Operator or Assembler, preferably in a 3rd shift/overnight manufacturing environment.The OpportunityIn this role, you will be responsible for:Assembling and packaging products according to established specifications and work instructions.Performing quality checks throughout the assembly process.Maintaining productivity and meeting daily production goals.Safely operating production tools, equipment, and machinery.Identifying and reporting quality, equipment, or production issues to supervisors.Following all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.What We're Looking For1–5 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.Previous experience working 3rd shift/overnight is preferred.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized work procedures.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Familiarity with manufacturing tools, equipment, or production software is a plus.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
