As a sales consultant, you will use your personal skills to help customers find their next ride! Duties Meet and greet customers, guide them through our needs assessment processes Fully explain products, benefits, and features of vehicles and dealership Utilize customer management system and follow up processes Provide exemplary customer service and build customer relationships Work closely with our team of sales managers, BDC, and sales consultants Maintain appropriate levels of product knowledge and sales training Prepare and deliver sold vehicles to customers, ensure they know how to operate all features Introduce customers to service department, body shop, and Quick Lane Other duties as assigned Skills and Experience Good driving record and current license Excellent verbal abilities with sales focus Basic computer skills including internet based web applications and email Sales experience preferred but not required Excellent ethical and professional standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Allen Samuels Holdings, Inc
