AEROTEK IS HIRING FOR 2ND SHIFT MACHINE OPERATORS

Job Title: Machine Operator

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:45 PM - 12:15 AM)

Job Duties

• Operate and set up dicing machines.

• Load and unload materials.

• Inspect parts using a microscope.

• Use measuring tools (micrometers, gauges) to check quality.

• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.

• Identify and separate defective parts.

• Handle chemicals safely.

Requirements

• 2+ years of machine operating experience in manufacturing.

• 2+ years of microscope inspection experience.

• Experience using measuring tools.

• Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently.

• Electronics manufacturing experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Attleboro, MA.

The pay range for this position is $23.10 - $25.30/hr.
