Director of Hospice and Palliative Care Quality Management
MJHS
MJHS is seeking a Director of Quality Management, Hospice & Palliative Care to lead quality, patient safety, and performance improvement across our hospice and palliative programs. This role designs and oversees quality initiatives, regulatory readiness, and outcome measurement, ensuring compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state requirements. The Director partners with clinical and operational leaders to analyze data, reduce risk, improve patient and family experience, and drive best practices. This position also mentors staff, leads audits and root cause analyses, and champions a culture of continuous improvement aligned with our mission-driven care.
