Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Jeff’s Donuts in the Louisville, KY area. The store manager is responsible for the overall operation and success of the store. This included leading both Front of House and Back of House teams, maintaining exceptional product quality, ensuring. outstanding guest service, managing labor and inventory, and creating a positive culture where employees can grow and succeed. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive workplace built on accountability, teamwork, and respect. Lead by example with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a hands-on leadership style. Conduct performance coaching and provide ongoing feedback to team members. Operations Management Oversee all daily store operations for our 24/7 business. Ensure handcrafted donuts and all menu items consistently meet Jeff's Donuts premium quality standards. Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Ensure BOH and FOH teams work together efficiently to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Scheduling & Labor Management Create and manage weekly employee schedules. Monitor labor costs and manage labor reports to meet business goals. Ensure appropriate staffing levels for all shifts, including overnight operations. Inventory & Product Management Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain product availability. Minimize waste through proper inventory controls and production planning. Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of products and supplies. Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve performance. Execute strategies to increase sales and profitability. Deliver exceptional hospitality by resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally. Create a welcoming, friendly environment that keeps guests coming back. Perform cash handling procedures and prepare daily bank deposits. Maintain accurate operational records and reports. Protect company assets through proper cash controls and inventory management. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with all health department regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace for both employees and guests. Community & Marketing Support local marketing initiatives and community events. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of food service management experience required. Proven experience leading teams. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills. Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and cash handling. Ability to analyze sales reports and drive operational performance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
