Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of property grounds, remove debris in all parking lots and public spaces
• Cleaning windows, doors and equipment on property
• Trash collection and disposal of all trash receptacles on property
• Identify and report safety hazards, property damage, maintenance concerns or any other conditions that could affect guest or employee safety
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with interacting with guests and team members
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use available safety equipment and cleaning supplies

Qualifications:

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Can stand, walk, bend and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Enjoy working independently and as part of a team
• Previous groundskeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required

Posted salary range starting from USD $15.00/Hr. Tipped position. This position does not earn tips.
