Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU/Pre Op/Phase 2 Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1-2 years required License: Pending License accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required Must-Have: Epic experience required Description: Position for PACU/Pre Op/Phase 2 RN for the main hospital and the Day Surgery Center. Shifts will be 3x12s with various start times. Patient ratios are 1:1. First-timers accepted. Weekend requirements are as needed per unit needs. No on-call requirements. Clinicians may float within their scope to meet facility needs. Open to accommodating block schedules, no. Local candidates not accepted, 100-mile radius restriction applies. Guaranteed hours may be canceled up to 3 shifts without penalty. On-call hours do not count towards guaranteed minimum hours. Special requirements include Epic experience. Facility type is Acute Care Magnet, Teaching, Level 3 trauma. Total staffed beds are 317. Charting system is Epic (Excellian). Candidate may need to complete pre-start modules. Candidate must be aware of compliance rules including fingerprinting requirements. References are required. Module training stipend is provided for completed modules. Care of patients will include various specialties across the age spectrum. Interdisciplinary support includes several specialized teams. Candidates may float within the facility or to an affiliate as needed.
